I must have the same palette used by all drawings, but the Windows Paint prog. uses a different palette than I do in my game(s); how could I go about doing this? Highlight Accessories and click Details. Take the checkmark out of the box next to Paint and Windows will remove it.

Strangely, the newly installed Paint doesn't work, either. The original USED to work before a few weeks ago. Is there a free alternative to Windows Paint? I often need to do screen captures and enlarge and copy pieces of the capture to clipboard. If you don't have to do any painting then try IrfanView.
